This is Care for the Whole Family.

We are happy to accept the children (from birth to 18 years of age) of our enrolled patients. Children are added at a discounted rate along with an enrolled adult. At this time, we are not able to provide routine vaccinations for young children, but we will work with you to arrange these.

How Much Does It Cost?

Children memberships are $15 per child with a $30 maximum per month. If you have more than two children, you will still only pay $30 per month. Children must be with a registered adult.
