Because illness and injury do not respect regular office hours, we will be available by phone after hours and on holidays for urgent needs. For non-emergent situations, you may also use our secure patient portal to access your medical record and send a message to your physician. For true emergencies, please don’t hesitate to proceed to the nearest Emergency Room.

Worsening by the Week:

If any given symptom is worsening by the week, it probably can wait for a normal visit, within a business day or so.

Worsening by the Hour:

If worse by the hour, it may need emergent attention – call us if you’re really not sure.

Worsening by the Minute:

If truly worse by the minute, call 911.
